Here’s the next task about your ‘Goals’.

Identifying your ‘End Goals’.

There’s a lot of confusion and misguided advice about goals. Have you tried any goal setting stuff before? I feel a lot of resistance to it personally.

But this is not ‘goals’ as you know it. It breaks away from the traditional thinking of what we are supposed to want in life.

This exercise from mindvalley nails it and helps you get clear on what’s really important to you.

It’s the best exercise I’ve come across in over a decade to help people identify their goals and find out what really matters to them. And it only takes about 15 minutes to do.

First, download and print the one pager in the email.

(Or, draw out your own on a page with the three headings: Experiences, Growth & Contribution).

Then watch the video and listen to Vishen as he guides you.

After a five minute introduction, he will then walk you through 3 questions about experiences, growth and contribution.

Write your answers down as he guides you. You’ll be asked to give intuitive answers which I’m sure you will find interesting.

Get your pen and paper ready and watch the video here:

(Afterwards, you can add more considered answers that you may think of).

What next?…

Email me at gary@ideascoach.online when you are ready for Task 4, the final task in Step 1.
